Deposit & Final Payment

Your first non-refundable deposit of $500 per person, is required to reserve your space. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express transactions are accepted. In the event the traveler is unable to attend the event, the deposit is non-refundable. You will be only able to receive a refund for any payments made after your non-refundable deposit within 45 days of the first payment. However, if you’re unable to attend after the 45 day period has passed, you will need to provide medical documentation or submit a letter regarding illness and/or family death. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by case basis and are not guaranteed. In the event that a refund is approved, your deposit fees are still non-refundable.


Passports are required for entry into any foreign country . It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.
